Continental Disc Corporation History




Founded and Established in 1965 by Hans Unger, John Radhal & Frank Hansen, Continental Disc Corporation (CDC) now proudly serves more than 40 industries worldwide. CDC original team of 12 has grown to more than 300 and  with a 96,000 square foot corporate headquarters,  through a commitment to developing innovative products and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence.
Continental Disc Corporation expanded through the acquisition of LaMOT Corporation in 1990, GROTH Corporation in 1999 and the formation of LaMOT Valve & Arrestor in 2017.
In 1983, CDC established an international presence with a European office in the Netherlands. Later, CDC added offices in India and China – reinforcing their strategic plan for growth in key markets and leadership in the industry.
